Loaf – Baked in a loaf pan, this is the type of bread you see at the store. Rectangular in shape with a (usually) domed top, they typically measure 9″(l) x 5″ x 7″ (h). These can be sliced or left whole.

Artisan – Primarily round in shape, these are baked free form either on a stone or in a dutch oven (yes!). Although they can be sliced, I typically provide them whole.

Pullman – Named after the famous train car, these breads are baked in a sealed box, which results in a very square shape. Due to this type of baking, there is little crust and the structure of the bread is somewhat denser.

Buns – Yes, you can also get Bugby Buns, either hamburger, hot dog or dinner rolls!

Braids – Sometimes you just need to have something a little different.
